Annie Mist Thorisdottir. CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She also trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is also co-owner. Annie was the first woman to take home in the CrossFit Games twice. She placed second in the 2010, and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit bodybuilder, athlete as well as a media star. She was the first female to be awarded The CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. In 2013 as well as 2017, she won in the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. Annie has been the first woman to ever win consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to the extraordinary performance. In 2014, she also took home a gold. In 2021, she was awarded with a bronze. Annie is the current coach and trainer of Crossfit Reykjavik, which she created. Annie is in high demand as an athlete has appeared in advertisements of sports-related products like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration, Yerbae Renaissance sidekick Periodization Transparent Laboratory Transparent Labs and others. Annie also owns her own Youtube channel titled "Annie" which has over three thousand subscribers. This includes videos about eating habits for training and life with family.
